Howard C. Stoops

Howard Stoops was born & raised in Erie,PA. He served in the military for almost 3 years. He was a cherished husband and father to his wife and 4 boys .
Howard was a beloved math teacher and guidance counselor with the Erie School District for over 25 years until his death in 1989.
