Roger Huggins

Served in Vietnam from Janaury 1969 - March 1970. Stationed in Pleiku, Vietnam in the central highlands. Distributed safe-conduct passes from aircraft which encouraged Viet Cong to lay down their arms and surrender for the open arms defection program called Chieu Hoi or Open Arms.
